Do you see the same faces every day?

What about the personnel?
Car/Bus/Train: None in a car; briefly seen on a bus or train.
The Winslow: Interactive with passengers, trying to perform their duties when not busy tracking down pornographers or looking for alpacas that got loose from their cages.
And the passengers? What are they like?
Car/Bus/Train: Quietly engaged in their own business.
The Winslow: Just when you think you’ve seen it all, the Amish show up --- complete with horse and buggy.
And the insanity level?
Car/Bus/Train: Pretty dull.
